The Tax Information Centre, established on 1 April 2006, provides general information and consultations on issues of taxes administered by the STI within the scope of the Law on Tax Administration by telephone 1882 (telephone number for calls from abroad — +370 5 2553190);

 Call Tax Information Centre to find out:

  • how to fill in an annual or a provisional annual personal income tax return and an individual's (family's) property declaration;
  • how to fill in returns of payments in category A and B;
  • how to fill in value added tax returns; 
  • how to fill in advance and annual corporate income tax returns;
  • how to send the above declarations via electronic means;
  • information on issues of calculation and payment of personal income tax (PIT);
  • information on issues of value added tax (VAT);
  • information on issues of corporate income tax (CIT);
  • information on issues of immovable property tax (IPT);
  • information on issues of compulsory health insurance (CHI) contributions;
  • information on issues of the Law on Tax Administration;
  • general information (County State Tax Inspectorate telephone number, working hours, tax procedures, etc.).

Upon calling to the Tax Information Centre, choose the following automatic menu options:

Dial 7 → Land tax;

Dial 1 → Information about Euro;

Dial 2 → Taxes paid by individuals;

Dial 3 → Information on the issues of value added tax and excise duties;

Dial 4 → Corporate taxes:

   Dial 1 → Corporate income and other taxes;

   Dial 2 → Personal income tax;

   Dial 3 → Value added tax and excise duty;

Dial 5 →  My STI ("Mano VMI") services;

Dial 8 → Trust line (for reporting tax-related violations or envelope wages);
