Description of the service

Upon the request of the taxpayers, the State Tax Inspectorate issues copies (duplicates) of the respective archive documents.

Documents to be submitted

In case of applying in writing, the taxpayer must submit the following documents:

- free-format application;

- power of attorney if an authorised person applies.

Service provision methods

Applications for issue of archive records are accepted by electronic means via My STI area of the State Tax Inspectorate portal, by mail, directly.

Documents are issued by electronic means via My STI area of the State Tax Inspectorate portal, directly.
