Если клиент не имеет возможности воспользоваться электронными услугами по интернету и телефону, он может рассчитывать на обслуживание в отделениях ГНИ (Государственная налоговая инспекция). В отделениях обслуживания ГНИ обслуживание клиента проводится лишь по предварительно регистрации для визита:

If the customer has no access to electronic services online and by telephone, such a customer can be served in the customer service divisions of the STI. Customers are served in the customer service divisions of the STI only after having pre-registered for the visit:

If the customer is unable to register for the visit on his own, such a customer will be assisted by the employees of the STI by calling the telephone number 8 5 2191 777.

If you are unable to submit your enquiry or request in the above ways, you can do so by traditional mail.

Consultations are provided on weekdays from Monday to Thursday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Friday 8:00 AM- 3:45 PM

Consultation via phone 1822 (+370 5 260 5060) on every second Friday of each month is provided until 12 PM.

On the pre-holiday day, consultations are provided one hour shorter.
