How to claim an income tax refund if royalties paid under a treaty for the avoidance of double taxation were not subject to a lower income tax rate

To apply the lower income tax rate for royalties received in Lithuania under a treaty for the avoidance of double taxation between Lithuania and your country of residence, and to claim an income tax refund, you must submit  Form FR0022.
