How to receive means of access in to STI electronic systems

Login credentials (login name and password) for accessing STI electronic systems are provided: 

  • after accessing the authorized electronic services area on My STI (select Paslaugos -> Paklausimai -> Paklausimo pateikimas) and submitting the electronic inquiry form;
  • after calling the Tax Information Center via phone +370 5 260 5060 and specifying your personal e-mail address (callers are identified by one of the methods specified in the rules of Consultation and information provisions of the State Tax Inspectorate). After the submission of the application, the STI’s means of connection are provided in the chosen way, i.e. they are sent to the personal e-mail address specified in the application or to the address for receiving correspondence;
  • upon arrival to the STI Service Division*.
