Restrictions in self-employment under a business license
The main restrictions in self-employment under a business license are listed in the following:
- the maximum amount of income to be generated per year is EUR 45,000;
- services cannot be provided to companies with overlapping activities;
- a maximum of EUR 4,500 can be received from companies that do not carry out activities similar to those listed in the business license;
- a maximum of EUR 4,500 per year can be received from companies and/or other residents engaged in individual trading activities, when operating under a trade business license.
