What to do when the payment of a fine contains an incorrect payment code or no identification code (ROIK)

If the wrong payment code was used when paying a fine for an administrative offense, or the payment was made without indicating the offense identification code (ROIK), then the missing information must be provided in free-form application, submitted via My STI. To submit the application, select Paslaugos −> Paklausimai −> Paklausimo pateikimas (dėl baudų). The missing information may also be provided via direct call to the State Tax Inspectorate tax information line at  + 370 5 260 5060 or 1882.

If a fine for an administrative offence (imposed by a ruling) was paid with an invalid or incorrect payment code, or without providing the offense identification code (ROIK), then the offsetting of the tax overpayment and/or administrative offense fine may be requested for by submitting Form FR0781 with the correct payment code.

The application may also be submitted directly upon arrival to the nearest State Tax Inspectorate Service Division*, or by post. For the application Form FR0781, please see here.
