Immovable property tax rates

From 1 January 2020, immovable property tax rate are set between 0.5% and 3% (between 0.3 and 3% until 31 December 2019) of the taxable value of the immovable property. Municipal councils set the specific immovable property tax rates, applicable in the respective territory of the municipality. For more detailed information, please see here (only in Lithuanian).
