Who should be notified when recruiting employees
When recruiting new employees, legal entities must first report to SODRA (The State Social Insurance Fund Board) by submitting a notice in the prescribed form. Once the notice is submitted, companies/organizations are required to pay state social insurance (SSI) contributions, compulsory health insurance (CHI) contributions, and Guarantee Fund contributions for the new recruits.
