Methods of connecting to the STI electronic systems
- with STI means of connecting to the STI electronic systems (username and password);
- through external systems ( e-banking, SE Centre of Registers, Electronic Government Gate);
- with electronic signature (mobile or stationary e-signature):
- mobile, issued by the Lithuanian mobile operator: UAB „Bitė Lietuva“ (https://www.bite.lt) or „Telia Lietuva“ (https://www.telia.lt), or UAB „Tele2“. (https://www.tele2.lt), or UAB „Teledema“ (https://www.teledema.lt);
- stationary. In order to log in this way, you must first declare your electronic signature qualified certificate in the Electronic Declaration System (EDS). Qualified certificate of electronic signature from the certification service provider that draws up qualified certificates or from its registration office. In Lithuania, such services are currently provided by: Identity Documents Personalisation Centre (IDPC) under the Ministry of the Interior of the Republic of Lithuania. Through external systems (e-banking, SE Centre of Registers) and with an electronic signature (mobile, stationary) can log in only a foreign persons who have a temporary or permanent residence permit in Lithuania and a Lithuanian personal identification number.
