Why users cannot automatically log in to all STI electronic systems

If you have granted a representative the right to log in to the EDS, My STI or other STI electronic systems, the right to log in to all systems is not granted automatically because the purposes and functions of the STI electronic systems vary. In each STI e-system, rights are granted by connecting to each system separately and assigning a representative.

The STI cannot grant users the same access rights to all STI electronic systems as there is no way to ensure that this is the will of the taxpayer.
