Ways of granting representation rights to the STI electronic systems

A natural person or the head of a legal entity may grant representation rights to a foreign country citizen:

  • after logging in to the STI electronic systems (My STI, EDS, i.MAS, etc.) and granting all or part of the rights required for ordering and/or receiving electronic services on behalf of the recipient of the electronic services. Representation rights in electronic systems can be granted not only by a natural person or the head of a legal entity, but also by another representative who has the right to administer representatives;
  • after arriving and submitting paper application forms directly at the STI service department* or sending them by classic mail (this method of granting rights does not apply to granting rights of representation in the i.MAS system). * You can only arrive to the STI service division after registering an appointment in advance via internet.
